Studio Policies

By booking a class or session at Summerville Pilates, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Cancellation Policy

• Timely Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will not incur a charge.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged the full session rate or deducted from your package.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a late cancellation.

Packages & Memberships

• Packages have an expiration date from the date of purchase
• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed
• Memberships may be set to auto-renew; you may cancel auto-renewal at any time
• Membership holds may be available for extended absences (vacation, medical)

Health & Safety

• All new clients must complete an intake form and sign a waiver before their first session
• Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy
• Participation is at your own risk; listen to your body and communicate with your instructor

Payment Terms

• We accept credit cards, ACH, Venmo, cash, and checks
• A credit card processing fee may apply to card payments
• Gift cards and discount codes may have terms and expiration dates
• Outstanding balances must be paid before booking additional sessions

Studio Etiquette

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session
• Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing (avoid zippers and buckles on equipment)
• Grip socks are recommended
• Please silence your phone during sessions
